We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Popilush shapewear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
